Drumbeg Feasibility Plan

Drumbeg Consultancy is pleased to announce that we are working with a European residential developer to prepare a detailed feasibility plan for a range of low rise 'Build to Rent' apartment blocks.
This will encompass concept design, program, budget costs, sourcing an appropriate 3D volumetric manufacturer, including all delivery and onsite installation. All works will be managed by the client's pre-nominated main contractor, as well as their lead architects. The first project will be for 74 units.
Size: 74 individual apartments (studios, 1 & 2 bedrooms)
Contract value: TBA
Total program: 30 months
MMC Ireland National Conference

The Drumbeg Consultancy will be attending the 2024 MMC Ireland National Conference which this year is being being hosted at the Lyrath Hotel, Kilkenny, Ireland.
