He is former member of the Turnaround Director's Panel for a 'BIG4' European Accountancy firm and works with Private Equity funders and major banks.
MMC Partnerships & Industrial Facilities Director - NEOM, KSA
Member of the Industrialized Design and Construction team within NEOM. Co-led the design and delivery of the strategy and operational readiness for the localisation of MMC and Offsite manufacturing.
General Manager - Jeddah, KSA - Appointed to commercialize and move KSA’s largest ‘newco’ precast MMC 3D volumetric start-up manufacturer into production and delivery within 9 months.
Director and General Manager - Invited by the board of a £450m European 3D modular manufacturing business to continue delivering the strategy to take a standalone manufacturing and turnkey construction division on to its next stage of development. The assignment also involved managing the business unit throughout this period.
Partnerships Director - UK for fully funded £100m Private Equity start-up 3D modular low rise manufacturer.
Chief Commercial & Operating Officer Appointed by the Private Equity and lead stakeholders to deliver the turnaround strategy for this loss making PLC. Successfully exited the business for the investors.
Operations Turnaround Director for 3rd generation, profitable family owned business. Demerged regional business into two stand alone business units to deliver new sales expansion in the modular rental markets.
